NOBEL PLUS TAB
NOBEL PLUS Tablet is a prescription NSAID-analgesic combination designed for quick relief from mild to moderate pain, inflammation, and fever. It is commonly used for headaches, dental pain, muscle strains, and menstrual cramps, as well as joint and musculoskeletal disorders like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.
Nimesulide works by selectively inhibiting COX-2 enzymes to reduce inflammation and pain, while Paracetamol enhances analgesic and antipyretic effects—offering relief typically within an hour. The tablet is taken twice daily with food, with dosing tailored to the condition and individual response.
Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, and mild liver enzyme elevation. Severe reactions—like gastric bleeding, skin rashes, severe allergies, or liver injury—are rare but may occur, particularly with prolonged use.
