Ramdev Medical Medicine Delivery and Cancellation Policy

This Medicine Delivery and Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”) is an electronic record, compliant with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its associated rules. It is governed by the amendments to electronic records in various statutes and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This Policy is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as amended.

At Ramdev Medical (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we provide services to all users accessing or utilizing our licensed retail stores or the Ramdev Medical platform (the “Platform”). These services are subject to the terms outlined in this Policy, in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Ramdev Medical is a company registered under the Companies Act, of 2013, and our Platform facilitates online purchases of pharmaceutical products, including prescription medicines, medical devices, and over-the-counter drugs, from our licensed premises.

1. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEDICINE ORDERS

a. A valid prescription from a licensed doctor is mandatory for all medicine orders.
b. You must upload a scanned copy of a valid prescription from an authorized doctor.
c. Please present the original prescription when receiving or picking up your medicines.
d. Orders without a valid prescription cannot be processed.

2. STANDARD DELIVERY TIME

a. Ramdev Medical strives to complete deliveries within the estimated time frame communicated on our Platform or through other communication channels. However, delivery times are based on a best-effort approach, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to unforeseen factors. These may include, but are not limited to, product shortages, operational disruptions, strikes, rider unavailability, public holidays, weather conditions, breakdown of delivery vehicles, traffic conditions, or any force majeure events as mentioned in our Terms & Conditions.
b. We do not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding delivery times, as delays may occur due to the aforementioned factors.

3. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

At present, international deliveries are not available. Orders can be placed from anywhere globally, but the delivery address must be within India.

4. CANCELLATION BY RAMDEV MEDICAL

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to, product quantity limitations, inaccuracies in product or pricing details, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention team. Additional verification or information may be required before accepting an order. In case your order is canceled after payment, the charged amount will be refunded to your account.

5. CANCELLATION BY USERS

If you submit a cancellation request before your order has been shipped, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted, and you will need to refer to our Return Policy for further assistance. You agree to abide by our decision regarding any cancellation requests.
